Three years ago a string of serial slayings ended when the young woman behind them put herself to death while bathing in the blood of her victims. The woman's sister pleaded with the authorities to acknowledge and take measures against the return of her sisters spirit, claiming that her sisters death had been part of a ritual to the devil. The young girl was proclaimed delusional and placed in a home for the mentally ill, the house was repossessed, and her sister all but forgotten...until now.

The new owners of the house unwittingly release the long dead spirit from its patient rest, and soon it's leaping from body to body...possessing...killing...feeding. As their numbers dwindle each person can only wonder...are you, you...or are you, the Lich?
